Hi Dave Comstock, thanks for creating a ticket. Your premium subscription is tied to your YNAB user id, so as long as you're logging into the same account it should follow you. That said, sometimes folks report the premium status not being shown on the
first
launch of the app. Can you try force-quitting the app and then opening it again? If that doesn't resolve it, let me know! If you'd prefer, you can also email me at support@lumyforynab.app! I may be a bit quicker to respond there, but here is fine as well!Dave Comstock
Brandon Trautmann thanks for the quick reply back Brandon! I got it to work it just took a couple minutes to register on my iPhone so now I’m all set and logged in as a premium user on both devices- thx again!
