Revamp frugal month projections

Two requests related to frugal months:

Projection should take into account spending in the current month.
Projection (or maybe a separate line?) should take into account scheduled transactions. Since these are "guaranteed", it would be nice to see them as actual spending versus projected.

Projection should use a 12-month look-back OR the number of months you've been budgeting, whichever is less, instead of hard-coded to the last 12 months

complete

months you've been budgeting. The predictions are meaningless for me right now
