Deploy Lumy as a Web App
in progress
Lumy Support
Popular feature request for non-mobile users, but obviously a pretty big undertaking, both in development and support
Notes:
- Need to support Lumy Premium (Stripe?), provide alternate PremiumStoreimplementation.
Known issues:
- Opting into notifications (e.g. Frugal Months) does nothing. We will need to likely rely on emails + deep links. See this ticket.
- Constraints/layout is all mobile-first. Implement good web constraints so screens feel natural on web.

Beta season has started :)
Lumy Support
After a very limited alpha phase (thank you @jimothy !), I'm pleased to announce that a _very beta_ version of Lumy Web is available 🙂 Check it out: https://app.lumyforynab.app/
It's very early days, and you can tell it's not optimized for web, but I'm plucking away at improvements here and there and hoping it feels more at home on web in the coming weeks/months!
The known issues are listed on this ticket, but please feel free to drop comments on there as you come across other bugs!

Would be great to get this feature.
That would trigger me to pay for this app, as I'm a bit more an old school kinda guy :)

Web-based Version of Lumy for Desktop
Dave Comstock
It would be great to have a web-based version of Lumy that works on the desktop. Or at the very least maybe make the iPad version of Lumy that’s usable on a desktop computer (e.g., macbook pro, mac mini, etc). Being able to have Lumy up on my desktop while working in YNAB would be super helpful.

As a Laravel web developer, I can guarantee it will be a massive undertaking not only to develop but also to support on top of the existing mobile app. If you have to do this by yourself, then the simpler, the better.

Daniel Haven: So the one thing going for me is that the mobile app is written in Flutter. I've deployed dev builds to web and they
function
but there are some definite improvements needed before I'd be happy shipping it. You're absolutely right though that if I had to build it with another stack I wouldn't bother, it'd be too much for me to handle alone!R

For me, I prefer using mobile app. I am not even using ynab desktop
