You cannot select hidden categories when creating a frugal month. However, if you hide a category mid-month, it will still be included in spent calculations. Consider fixing this.

There's probably a use case for optionally including the hidden category, as you may spend from it but just want to hide it afterwards, but still want it to count against your frugal month.
