Allow diving into 'Others' pie slice in pie charts

Right now we limit pie slices to 10, and everything else is grouped into an 'Others' slice. We should provide the ability to dive into this slice (maybe play around with allowing configuration of the limit?) so you can see the transactions in it.

one of the charts that was removed/consolidated experienced an error that was fixed in v1.7.2.

Pie chart improvements are rolling out now. They allow for viewing 10 pages of 5 categories/payees each (50 total), which gives you insights into 5x the number of entities compared to the current version. Since you can view ALL categories/payees on the Look Closer page, I'm going to call this sufficient, but always welcome to feedback!
