Sam A definitely agree this would be nice. At the time I didn't add it because there were/still are some technical limitations that made it kinda difficult. IIRC the reason was because "All time" for each budget is different, so the actual range needs to be calculated on the fly and something prevented that from being done easily. In the meantime, Custom period with first/last months selected works, but it's not ideal.
